All items purchased from www.nvsaccesories.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the end user. Items that may be damaged during shipping and or lost by the carrier will be the responsibility of the carrier and you will not be responsible for said product.

If a product offered by www.nvsaccessories.com itself is not as described, you may return the product for a full refund providing the product is in a new and unused condition.

PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment. PayPal payments will be accepted. Normal terms of use set by PayPal will be followed.
RETURNS
www.nvsaccessories.com will gladly issue credit or full refund for stock merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. We can not accept returns on special order items and non-stock merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, complete with original packaging and a copy or your invoice. Shipping cost will not be refunded on returned merchandise. If the return is because the merchandise was ordered wrong or no longer wanted by customer, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise that is damaged during shipping or is defective will receive a full refund upon inspection. Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. Defective merchandise may be exchanged and replaced. Please call for instructions on replacing defective goods.
SHIPPING
We ship all good via UPS. Normal shipping cost will apply. Any request for additional shipping services such as Next Day Air or Special Delivery, the customer will be invoiced for the extra freight charges. You will need to contact us yo make any special arrangements in shipping. Prices posted are including ground shipping only. Orders placed before 3:00pm will be shipped the same business day when possible. Orders placed after this time will not be shipped until the next business day. Additional freight charges may be occurred for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
PRIVACY
Any information provided to www.nvsaccessories.com for the purpose of sales will remain the possession of www.nvsaccessories.com We do not sell, lease, rent or otherwise share our customer's information with other parties.
